We only use Danish Blackcurrants for our products. The main varieties are Ben Lomond and Ben Alder.
All products taste of typically fresh and flavourful blackcurrants.
Blackcurrant Juice Concentrate, 65°brix
Concentrated Blackcurrant Juice is made by physically removing water from depectinised, filtered and unfermented blackcurrant juice obtained from the pressing of fresh, sound and ripe blackcurrants.
The product is clear and the colour is dark purple.
Blackcurrant Juice Single Strength (NFC), 11-13°brix
Blackcurrant Juice, Single Strength is made by pressing fresh, sound, ripe and depectinised blackcurrants.
The product is clear and the colour is dark purple.
Blackcurrant Purée, 11-13°brix
Blackcurrant Juice, Single Strength is made by pressing fresh, sound, ripe and depectinised blackcurrants.
The product is cloudy and the colour is dark purple.
