| 1988 | Mr. Gudmund Jorgensen passed away. |
| 1988-1996 | New strategy formulated to focus on the core business, new group of owners together with the Family foundation created, new organization established. |
| 1996 | 50 years anniversary, name changes to Vallø Saft A/S. |
| 1996 | New factory in Poland. |
| 1996-2003 | 200 % expansion of the capacity in Poland. |
| 2003 | The company was sold to AGRANA Austria. |
| 2006 | Name changes to: AGRANA JUICE DENMARK A/S. |
